Making the most of the Possibilities
Another week and another set of learning opportunities that our pupils have made the most of. Our Early Years’ pupils had a fantastic day at Sacrewell Farm and it provided a wonderful environment for the children to extend their understanding of British animals.
Their behaviour was exemplar and they made us very proud. We were equally proud of our Year 4 pupils who took part in the Inspire+ Mini-Olympics. This event provides children with a fantastic opportunity to explore sports and active learning, working alongside many other local schools. Many thanks also go to our Year 3 pupils and staff who went to support the opening ceremony; their positivity was was much appreciated.
It is now only a week until our Summer Fayre. Thank you to everyone who has donated a tombola prize to the Friends of Huntingtower’s stalls. Please remember to return your raffle ticket stubbs and money before the event next Friday and keep your fingers crossed that the weather is good. The classes have begun to work on their games and stalls and it looks to be not only an amazing event where we can spend time together as a community but also a means to raise money for our Friends of Huntingtower. We hope you will be able to join us.
